Looking at this TOSH regarding Family Law Amendment Bill 2023 Consultation Paper the best interests of the welfare industry and lawyers are the only ones likely to benefit from other than this 50/50 custody I propose unless 'temporarily' agreed otherwise unless proven criminal abuse or neglect The best interests of children is not to have lawyers scamming your parents for $40k-$50k trying to milk it for what they can - this is designed to counter calls for 50-50 custody unless criminal conviction and criminal evidence ( not civil evidence eg domestic violence civil allegations) to the contrary - the welfare industry and lawyers aren't going to let a multi billion dollar industry go lightly
